Where can I get extra links for my watch bracelet?

Should you require additional links to enlarge your bracelet, please call or email our parts dept. at servicedept@egluck.com or toll free (866) 631-0342 and a representative will be happy to take your information and ship you extra links. The first three links are free of charge as an accommodation. Please provide the model number located on the back of your watch (i.e. 75/XXXXABC) to ensure the proper links are sent.

Where can I find watch setting instructions on how to use my watch? A) How do I set the alarm(s)? B) How do I take it off military time? C) How do I disable the alarm & hourly chime?

How can I find replacement parts for my watch?

Replacement parts (depending on the age of the watch) can be ordered by calling our parts dept. at (866) 631-0342 or by emailing us at servicedept@egluck.com. You can also check with one of our service stations at the following link https://www.armitron.com/pages/service-centers.

Where can I have my watch repaired?

How long should my watch battery last and where can I have my battery replaced?

Typically batteries last 1-2 years depending on the watch's functions. We recommend that you contact an Authorized Armitron Service Center or take your watch to a qualified jeweler/watchmaker to have your battery replaced. Batteries are not covered under the limited lifetime warranty. For additional assistance, please contact our customer support team at toll free (866) 631-0342 or email us at servicedept@egluck.com.

Are your watches water resistant?

There are varying levels of water resistance in our watches depending on the specific model. The level of water resistance is typically stamped on the case back of the timepiece or may also be printed on the watch face. The ratings are either in ATM or FT which measures the amount of pressure the watch can withstand.

How long is my watch covered under the warranty and what does it cover?

All new Armitron watches come with our standard manufacturer's warranty. We offer a limited lifetime warranty, that covers the timepiece for the lifetime against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, neglect or abuse and excludes the battery, case, strap, crystal and bracelet.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, orders with a PO Box address will ship USPS (Post Office).

Do you ship outside the USA?

Our watches are available on Amazon and at most major retailers. We also have distribution in many countries, to find out if we have one in your region, please contact us at servicedept@egluck.com.
